Our collaborative, open relationships enable us to improve processes, reduce waste, increase the sustainability of our operations and maximise our opportunity for innovation. We match sub-contractors to the scope of work, noting the complexity and value of the work package and the contractor’s current commitments.
We have developed a comprehensive system of KPIs which are measured on a strict weekly basis so that any issues arising are dealt with immediately. Our reporting system allows us to celebrate success when a contractor is performing particularly well and to promote healthy competition as all contractors receive copies of the weekly scorings.
