This project included a complete strip out of the entire structure, increasing the ground floor area with the new build construction of a new multi function room, an extension of the lounge area, and internal wall modifications and extension to the catering department. In keeping with the style of the building, interior features have included new coffered ceilings and art deco style skirting and architraves.
