Initially our scope was to refurbish five floors of this 33 floor tower. To date we have refurbished over 20 floors; constructed a brand new entrance; and fitted out an exclusive private members club and a 360 degree champagne bar, over the top three floors. We are currently working on the refurbishment of a further floor and the two 33 storey stairwells.
