We believe that support and training are key to the wellbeing and development of all our employees. Upon joining the company all staff are given a comprehensive three-day induction course. Departmental managers are further provided with a six-day management training course.
We offer access to further training through various approaches. Several of our current trainees are attending college or university part time, funded by the company. We offer student placements, work experience and apprenticeships. Health and safety is crucial to our industry and we provide in-depth training so that we are all working with a common purpose to ensure the safety of our staff and all those we come into contact with.
Through a supportive system of regular appraisals and personal development plans we make sure that all our staff have a total understanding of and are comfortable with the job that they do.
