Longcross has been working for Targetfollow since 2005. Our first project was the refurbishment of serviced offices at 70 St Mary Axe. Following successful completion of this project Longcross won a competitve tender to refurbish five floors of the iconic 1960s grade II listed Centre Point tower in London's West End. Longcross has recently finished refurbishing the top three floors of this building to create a private members club with a 360 degree view champagne bar. Additionally, we have now renovated over 20 floors and constructed a new entrance.
In total, we have completed five projects for Targetfollow, ranging from £600,000 to £5.4m and we are hoping to continue the partnership beyond commercial office refurbishment.
