Longcross has enjoyed a fruitful partnership with property company Targetfollow since 2005. Having successfully refurbished the serviced offices at 70 St Mary Axe, Longcross won a competitive tender to refurbish five floors of the iconic 1960s, Grade II listed Centre Point tower in London's West End. Since then Longcross has renovated over twenty floors of the building and constructed a new entrance. The crowning glory was the creation of a private members club with a 360 degree view champagne bar on the top three floors and the addition of external lighting to the tower’s crown.
Reza Salahi, construction director of Targetfollow summed up the nature of the relationship: “Since acquiring Centre Point in 2005, Targetfollow has worked closely with Longcross and its suppliers to convert Centre Point into a vibrant environment. Targetfollow has been impressed with the non-adversarial approach of Longcross in resolving contractual matters and they have always strived to improve the quality of works delivered and have built on their experience and knowledge of the building. This has been demonstrated through the various phases of the refurbishment projects we have had to date.”
