As Group Finance Manager it is my responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the finance department and to supervise our staff of ten employees. I need to be able to cope well under pressure and to maintain accuracy and efficiency at all times with every financial transaction. The job also requires excellent communication skills and a broad understanding of the business as I am involved with every department of the company.
I have been with Longcross since 2001 and cannot imagine working anywhere else. I love the variety of the job, the people and the challenges; every day is different. Longcross offers excellent training opportunities and during my time with the company I have taken courses in first-aid, COINS, CIS, VAT and payroll amongst others.
When I am not working my passion is cooking and I enjoy making meals for friends and family.
