Longcross was formed as a response to the construction industry’s move towards collaborative working in the mid-1990s. The three founding Directors recognised that, by working in close partnership with clients and suppliers, a new type of company could better harness complementary design, cost and contracting expertise to deliver what the industry needed.
We understand that to attain our goal of delivering continuous improvement and greater value for our clients, we must apply the resources of an integrated supply chain intelligently and efficiently. Longcross is currently engaged in partnering frameworks with a number of blue-chip clients. We are active participants in these frameworks and our ability to deliver a quality product with cost and programme certainty, is recognised in our consistently high KPI scores.
