Longcross has commenced on a new £1.1 million state of the art health centre at Berkeley’s flagship Royal Arsenal Riverside development in Woolwich, set to complete in October.
The 10,581 sq ft centre, located at The Armouries, Arsenal Way, is being delivered by H-Med in conjunction with support and funding expertise from JV partner MedicX; a leading UK specialist investor in, developer of and manager of healthcare property.
The scheme has been designed in close consultation with Berkeley and Burridge Road GP Practice, and will include four consulting rooms, five GP rooms, a minor surgery room, two nurse treatment rooms, a medical library and research facilities, in addition to a range of office and management suites.
Longcross Account Manager Mark Lansbury said "It is testament to the growing relationship between Longcross and MedicX and the dedication of our teams, that we complete our first project in Apsley, start work at Woolwich and get a letter of intent for works at East Cowes".
