The store provides over 22,000 square feet of retail space and 270 parking spaces as well as a petrol filling station, and restaurant. The project incorporates many environmental initiatives and has received BREEAM Very Good rating.
Operations Director Chris Miles said ‘We are very excited to be involved in this project, and it is testament to the dedication of the site team that we have completed the works in record time, as well as receiving a CCS score of 36.75 well above the industry standard’.
