Longcross started working for Her Majesty’s Court Service in 2006 when we won the tender for the extension to Redhill Magistrates Court. This project involved the first-floor extension to an existing single-storey building to provide a new court room and refurbishment of a number of other areas. The works included piling and a structural steel frame inside the building, which was erected whilst the court was still operational.
We have completed 12 projects to date, ranging in value from £150,000 to £1.5m. The partnership is built upon our proactive approach and careful consideration of the client’s and public's needs throughout each project. We have identified technical solutions to reduce costs, speed up construction and improve quality which has resulted in a strong and ongoing relationship. Longcross hopes to continue to build on this success and expand into other regions of the country.
